CREATING A Movement for every Family Like Ours
Together, advancing research, awareness, and hope for Williams Syndrome.

Together, advancing research, awareness, and hope for Williams Syndrome.

You’ve come to the right place.
Whether you’re a family who has just received a Williams syndrome diagnosis, a longtime member of the WS community, or someone who has been inspired by Anthony’s story and wants to join our fight, we’re so glad you’re here.
Take some time to look around, learn about Williams syndrome, discover the research we’re helping move forward, and see the many ways you can become part of our mission.
For the families searching for answers, we hope you find information, connection, and hope here. For those looking for a way to help, there is a place for you in this fight.
This Foundation was built from love—and everything we do continues to be surrounded by it.
Welcome to The AGF.

Rare is real. And rare deserves research, answers, and hope.
Williams syndrome is a rare genetic condition affecting approximately 1 in 10,000 people worldwide. But to the families who love someone with Williams syndrome, rare is not a statistic. Rare is their child, their sibling, their loved one—and a journey that can come with far too many unanswered questions.
When the Filippazzo family learned how little medical research existed for Williams syndrome, accepting that reality was simply not an option. There had to be more—more research, more understanding, more awareness, and more hope for Anthony and for every individual living with Williams syndrome.
That determination became the driving force behind
The Anthony G. Filippazzo Foundation.
Our mission is to invest in the future of Williams syndrome by advancing meaningful medical and scientific research, raising awareness, supporting families, and bringing together the people and resources capable of creating real change.
Because rare should never mean forgotten. Rare should never mean overlooked. And rare should never mean accepting that there are no answers.

Today, The AGF works alongside a growing network of physicians, researchers, and advocates committed to better understanding Williams syndrome and advancing the science surrounding this rare condition.
What began with one family's determination to find answers has grown into a promise—to Anthony and to every individual and family affected by Williams syndrome—to keep pushing forward.
We believe progress is possible. We believe research can lead to answers, answers can lead to better treatments, and better treatments can change lives. Our hope is that continued research will ultimately lead to meaningful therapeutic options that can improve the health and future of individuals with Williams syndrome.
Camille's journey may be deeply personal, but the purpose behind it reaches far beyond one family: to transform uncertainty into understanding, research into answers, and hope into meaningful change.
For Anthony. For every WS family. For the future.

Through the generosity of our supporters, AGF has invested $600,000+ in advanced cardiac research equipment supporting Dr. Mark Levin’s cardiac arrhythmia research at Penn Medicine and CHOP.
For Anthony and for every family like ours, we believe answers are possible. And we’re committed to helping researchers find them
